Our story

I started “eatingwithari” as a blog while working in the industry at eighteen. The name later became my social media handle, and would go on to spark the unwavering support from my supporters. My instagram became my food outlet where I shared my love and hobby for all things food related. The uproar and positive response to all my traveling, cooking, and media posts became the biggest motivational factor to professionally pursue my passion.

I attended culinary school in Italy, came home during the pandemic to attend Escoffier Culinary Arts, CIA at Greystone in St Helena, and then went on to bake in Paris, cook in Spain, Mexico, and South America. I spent time as a private chef, head chef of two establishments, and a private cater.

I had contemplated the idea of a food truck, and while I was sitting in a cafe one morning in between jobs, I decided to pursue a brick and mortar location. We make most of our items and baked goods in house and what we don’t make is produced locally. Food is our passion, quality ingredients are our main focus, we source and support local farming, dairies, and butcheries. Sharing our dedication to our craft with our community is the most rewarding aspect. You should feel like a member of our family after eating with us. We hope you feel welcomed and comforted knowing we care about the quality that goes into your plate.

Our ingredients

We work with 9 local farmers to source all of the grains, fruit, and dairy that go into our breads and pastries. We care about the animals, the farmers, and we care about every ingredients we serve. Quality from the ground up, down to the last sprig of thyme.

We believe in the power of a really great cup of coffee. Our morning doesn’t start till we finish our first cup of coffee. In addition to impeccable flavor, we also care about where our beans come from.

We source our beans from a local coffee roasting company whose been roasting their own coffee since 1985. Napa Valley Coffee Roasting Company has a team of dedicated individuals who lead the way to the best coffee.
